Engine: by owner... 1027cc 120 degree v-twin, bore & stroke 94x74 mm, compression rate: next to nothing, solid vanadium valves of unknown origin (cut with an angle grinder & drill), Citroen 2CV pistons & split bore barrels (one slotted into a third of another), one BSA M20 head, one BSA M21 head, four BSA cams (M20, M21, B31), two left-hand AMAL monobloc carbs one homemade manifolds, plumber's PVC pipe between carbs and air-filters, Honda CB250 oil pump, Honda C90 points box and CB750/4 points, mild steel welded crank cases, BSA M20 crank with extended undersize homemade crank pin & 48 (!) roller bearings
Gearbox: '54 BSA casings, '48 BSA internals,BSA six-spring clutch
Exhaust: wheelbarrow handles as header pipes, Jawa 2-stroke silencer to collection box, twin Norton drag pipes jammed on
Frame: Jawa/Iron Bar/Kawasaki/BSA, lots of weld by owner with stick welder, braced with iron bar everywhere
Front: Jawa TLS wheel, one-off springers with Jawa springs & garden gate, pre-unit Triumph headlamp with Jawa lens, Jawa speedometer
Rear: BSA A10 QD wheel, 1960s rim
Bodywork: Unknown front fender, old British gas tank, homemade seat, unknown rear fender
All work by eye & hand - no micrometers, rigs etc, no power tools!
