this is my xt600e 1990.
well i know... it is not so ratty (yet.) but she has probably ( took the odometer off many miles back) ridden around
120.000 km in her life, about 100000 of which up and down and around the ''holey'' roads of central america! two up and
sometime with a dog sitting up front (That's why the anti dog-slip leather tank cover)
Needed recover the seat 3 times, used a few back tires, and less front - amazingly never opened the cylinder and no
leaks! Sure the compression is a bit on the low side lately but .......she doesn't give up: after all jap bikes aren't
so bad!?
She is a real survivor and deserves a space in your site!
