Important Announcement

THIS IS NOT!!!! THE ORIGINAL RATBIKE.ORG, BUT AN ARCHIVE FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT.

Here's my '05 Suzuki Bandit 1200SZ Bought her without a scratch but had probably never had a bath in her life. 16k mi and bone stock except for the Yosh pipe. Cut the mud flap/ fender/ plate holder/ horribly ugly thing that needs to get off my bike immediately. Drilled rear body work and mounted LEDs for turn signals. Learned the hard way to not follow too closely to novice riders and ended up putting her down and into some rocks. Ripped off the front fairing but kept the fairing stay with the stock headlights and guages in place. Worked well but looked horrible. Rattle canned the front fender, tank and tail a beautiful olive drab. DynoJet stage 1 jet kit.

First track day for me and the bike. Only non race replica on the track and ran a 1:49 on Big Willow Springs. Procured an Acerbis Cyclops headlight minus the small projector lamp and mounted and 8 ball in its place. Color matched the fly screen and lens cover, which I promptly spiked. Zip tied the guages to the stock bars. Chopped and polished the Yosh can. Sounds meaner than it already did and lost a slight low end hesitation. Spiked the front fender and license plate. Wire brushed the stater cover, chain guard, grab handle and net hook bolts then sprayed them olive drab.

Future plans include:
Individual K&Ns, Meaner jetting, Black exhaust wrap, Steel braided brake/ clutch lines, Gixxer forks (need advice)
Once the girl gets her own bike and off the back of mine I can jack the ass up and chop the tail... and maybe a turbo? Tee hee! Plus some super secret James Bond stuff I can't talk about yet...
